Market Development – DACH & Benelux | Materials for Geotechnical & Special Foundation Projects

Medusoil of Switzerland: Innovative binder materials for geotechnical, geoenvironmental & special foundation projects

Medusoil is expanding across the DACH and Benelux regions and is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive growth in technical, regulation-driven markets. This mandate includes a dedicated budget for hiring local marketing or contract management colleagues to strengthen our regional footprint.

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market intelligence and mapping, including suppliers in drilling and injection systems, plus competitive benchmarking.
  • Engage with customers, key opinion leaders, and local authoritiesresponsible for environmental protection, public works, and tendering.
  • Support procurement and supply chain pathways to ensure the competitiveness and reliability of our binder solutions.
  • Lead customer-oriented meetings with agility and a focus on delivering value.
  • Manage legal and contract frameworks in line with regional requirements.
  • Drive local team building, allocating resources and budget for marketing and contract management support.
