About The Role…
We are currently seeking a Partner Development Manager who can contribute to Wildix's expansion by managing and nurturing existing Channel C-Level Relationships with VAR's, Systems Integrators or MSP's and collaborating with the team to speed up the partners across the DACH market.
What You Will Do…
- Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
- Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
- Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Manage partner pipeline and forecasting
- Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
- Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
- Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
- Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes
- Support partners in aligning with compliance requirements
- Traveling regularly for business needs
