Senior Associate Financial Planning & Analysis (Team AIFM & Revenue Controlling) (m/f/d)
übernimmst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team in
Augsburg.
Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die eigenständige Verwaltung des Rechnungsstellungsprozess für die PATRIZIA-Fonds
  • Du unterstützt bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung innerhalb der Funktion im AIFM-Controlling
  • Erstellung von Monatsberichten gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Du erstellst Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen sowie die dazu notwendigen Reports
  • Durchführung der Planungsprozesse (z.B. Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung) gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Tätigkeiten
  • Du erstellst strategische und operative Entscheidungsvorlagen für den CFO, das Exekutivkomitee und den Verwaltungsrat
  • Du bist der Controlling Ansprechpartner für eine unserer PATRIZIA Divisions
  • Du beantwortest Ad-hoc Anfragen

Was Du Mitbringst

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz-/ Controlling-Bereich in einem Industrieunternehmen, einer Beratung oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft sammeln
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder in der Projektleitung ist von Vorteil
  • Gute HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Cash-Flows und der Bilanzerstellung zeichnen dich aus
  • Zahlenaffinität, ein analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein sicheres Auftreten sowie Deine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft gehören zu deinen Eigenschaften
  • Du bringst sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Excel- und PowerPoint) mit
  • SAP-, TAGETIK sowie BI-Tool Knowhow (z.B. MS Power BI) sind von Vorteil
