Als Customer Service Representative bist du Teil des Teams "Daily Banking" und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Kunden. Als erste Ansprechperson stellst du Anliegen aus unterschiedlichen Kanälen in den Mittelpunkt deines Tuns und sorgst für ein positives Kundenerlebnis. Wir glauben fest daran, dass personalisierte Kundenerlebnisse das Herzstück unseres Handelns sind. Deshalb suchen wir nach neugierigen, ehrlichen und leidenschaftlichen Menschen, die motiviert sind, ihre Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle, die unseren Kunden zur Seite steht und ihnen hilft, ihr Anliegen zu lösen
  • Ob allgemeine Fragen oder Unterstützung bei unseren digitalen Diensten – du bist mit Sorgfalt ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner
  • Mit deinem Engagement sorgst Du für eine ausgezeichnete Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Kommunikation und baust enge Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden:innen auf
  • Du unterstützt uns dabei, die Zukunft des Bankings zu gestalten und trägst aktiv zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei

  • Für dich steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt: Du arbeitest sowohl mit unseren Kund:innen, als auch mit deinen Kolleg:innen partnerschaftlich zusammen
  • Du verfügst über einen hohen Servicegedanken und hast eine Affinität für digitale Serviceangebote
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift und hast zudem solide Englischkenntnisse

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, assisting our customers and helping them resolve their concerns.
  • Address general inquiries or provide support with our digital services, acting as a reliable contact with care.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Fluency in German both spoken and written, along with solid English skills.
