HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated IT Support to join our team.

Aufgaben
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of our clients and ensure our business's smooth and efficient running. The IT Support will work in flexible shifts to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

  • Support for hard- and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion
  • Prioritize and manage open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology
