Nous cherchons un/e stagiaire conventionné(e) pour assister notre Directeur des Ressources Humaines pour une durée de 4 mois minimum (de préférence 6 mois) à partir du 1er septembre 2023
Vous travaillez avec un support, les missions sont variées mais demandent une grande autonomie.
Gratification 593€ / mois
Tâches
75% du temps : Assister le Directeur des Ressources Humaines dans la gestion du personnel ainsi que son organisation.
Recherches sur le droit de travail
Recruter différents profils
Organiser les élections professionnelles
Mettre à jour des statistiques sur la qualité de la gestion et des ressources humaines
Assister à des conférences sur des thèmes juridiques
Améliorer l'ergonomie de certains postes de travail
25% du temps : Préparer et donner des cours de langues en anglais et allemand aux salariés de la société.
Vous preparez d'une façon très libre les cours individuels de différents niveaux dans les deux langues.
Qualification
BAC+3, BAC +4/5 vous étudiez dans une école de commerce, une université ou équivalent
Vous avez un excellent niveau en français, anglais et allemand
Bon niveau sur Microsoft Office
Bon relationnel, autonomie, esprit d'analyse
Vous disposez d'une expérience pédagogique
Il s'agit d'un poste de stage obligatoire dans le cadre des études universitaires.
Gratification pas suffisante pour se loger à Paris
Le/la candidat(e) doit trouver son hébègement par ses propres moyens
