About the job

A Snapshot of Your Day

You'll be responsible for executing quality inspections and tests in accordance with inspection and test plans (ITPs), preparing detailed reports, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain Voith's high quality standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform quality tests according to ITP (production order): NDT, electrical, and dimensional inspections
• Prepare and upload detailed inspection reports in the designated IT systems.
• Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Support Quality Department initiatives and priorities as defined by the Quality Engineering Manager, Head of Quality, and/or VH Quality.

What You Bring

• Be available for occasional business trips (approximately 30% of working time).
• Technical background in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Hydro Engineering (or related field).
• Hands-on experience with IT tools such as SAP, MS Office, and database tracking systems.
• Relevant certifications in applicable testing and inspection methods.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, engage in technical discussions, and prepare comprehensive reports in English.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage; additional languages are a plus.
