Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for existing and prospective customers. You'll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities and ensure our clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Customer satisfaction is what drives you.
How you contribute to our mission
- You manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in your assigned region – from order to cash
- You design and execute the Key Market Plan while constantly identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities,
- You develop customized proposals and sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals
- You collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure professional client experience
- You track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends
- You represent the company in different forums
- You facilitate product launches in your assigned region and manage any sales other sales related projects
What you should bring to this position
- You have graduated in Animal Nutrition or similar
- You have proven experience in B2B sales or account management of a minimum of 5 years
- You possess a customer-centric mindset: you ask for the customers' need and benefit before deciding
- Your excellent communication and negotiation skills help you to build strong relationships with our customers
- You are fluent in French and have proficient English knowledge
- You work independently and prioritize
- You are familiar with MS Office applications and in best case have gained experience with CRM
- Driving license and willingness to travel
