About The Job
We're looking for a Senior Customer Insight Manager to lead our international research and insights programme. You'll be a vital voice for our customers, uncovering what motivates them, how they experience Omaze, and how we can better serve them. You'll help shape strategic decision-making by connecting research, feedback, and performance data to deliver a deep and actionable understanding of our audience.
This role requires monthly travel between Munich and London, so you'll need to be comfortable navigating cross-market dynamics and collaborating in person with key teams. Your work will fuel growth, innovation, and better customer experiences across Omaze.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end research initiatives across markets, including brand tracking, customer profiling, proposition development, journey mapping, creative testing, and campaign effectiveness
- Managing our customer listening programme, ensuring ongoing feedback and sentiment are captured, analysed, and shared with the wider business
- Driving cross-functional insight projects across Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, Strategy, and Marketing
- Turning complex data into compelling, digestible stories that inform strategy and drive impact
- Managing external research agencies and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of insights
- Synthesising qualitative and quantitative research with business data to identify trends and opportunities
- Championing the voice of the customer and embedding insights across the organisation
About You
- You have extensive experience in customer insight, market research, or a similar field
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods, and confident running research from brief to delivery
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story for the business; adept at pulling data from various sources and connecting dots to drive strategic thinking
- Proven track record managing agencies and insight programmes end-to-end
- Comfortable working internationally and in matrixed organisations
- Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
- Bonus points for experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
- Bonus points if you have both market research and user research skills and experience
