Für den Bereich "Assetmanagement" suchen wir

Gruppenleitung Asset Management Hydraulik (m/w/d)
Weisweiler | | Vollzeit (38 Stunden/Woche) | unbefristet

Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Gruppe Asset Management Hydraulik
  • Verantwortung für die strategische Planung, der Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftsplanung und des technisch-wirtschaftlichen Netzcontrollings
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Standards und Richtlinien durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Planungs-, Bau- und Instandhaltungsrichtlinien sowie technischen Anschlussbedingungen
  • Proaktives Vorantreiben der Transformation durch die Ausrichtung der hydraulischen Netze auf die Anforderungen der Energie- und Wärmewende
  • Förderung der Digitalisierung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Tools im Assetmanagement sowie die Gestaltung des Datenmanagements
  • Erstellung von Dashboards, Entwicklung von KPI-Systemen und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Reportings
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Zustandsbewertungen für Netze und Anlage

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Versorgungs-, Energie- oder Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (elektrische Energietechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung und strategischen Steuerung von Teams
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assetmanagement oder im Betrieb hydraulischer Netze, idealerweise mit fundiertem Verständnis für Prozesse und Strukturen
  • IT-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit relevanten IT-Systemen und Datenanalysetools
  • Freude an der innovativen, nachhaltigen und digitalen Zukunftsgestaltung unserer Netze
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen, gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Teamplayer*in mit überzeugender Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe
