Du bringst unsere Datenstrategie auf die Straße: Als Data & AI Platform Architect hältst du die bestehende BI-Plattform stabil und entwickelst parallel die neue AWS-basierte Data-&-AI-Plattform weiter – hands-on und mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.

Deine neue Rolle
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Architektur, Betriebskonzept und Weiterentwicklung unserer Data-&-AI-Plattform auf AWS (u.a. Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lake Formation); Enablement für Reporting mit Qlik Sense ist ein Plus
  • Du agierst als technisches Gegenüber zu Product Owner und Nearshore-Partner. Dabei setzt du Architektur-Leitplanken, reviewst Lösungen des Dienstleisters und stellst gemeinsam mit dem PO Security, Kostenkontrolle und SLOs sicher; die operative Steuerung liegt beim PO
  • Du arbeitest hands-on an analytischen und technischen Aufgaben mit (DataOps / MLOps, ETL / ELT, IaC mit Terraform / CloudFormation, CI / CD, GitOps)
  • Du gestaltest und implementierst unsere unternehmensweite Datenstrategie, konzipierst einen zentralen Data Shop / Data Catalog und nutzt Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio als integrierte Entwicklungsumgebung; Data-Mesh-Prinzipien evaluierst und führst du passend ein
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung im Sinne von Architektur-Guidelines, Reviews und Enablement und arbeitest eng mit involvierten Teams und Stakeholdern zusammen


Deine Stärken
  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IT, Datenmanagement oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Data Engineering, Analytics oder Cloud-Architektur auf AWS -AWS ist für dich Alltag
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Praxis mit AWS-Datenservices (z. B. Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Lake Formation, IAM) und beherrschst die Data-Engineering-Grundlagen (ETL / ELT, SQL, Orchestrierung, Batch / Streaming, Data Catalog, Formate wie Parquet / Iceberg); Erfahrung mit Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio ist ein Plus
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung, Stakeholder-Management, Coaching und Enablement mit
  • Du besitzt eine starke Teamorientierung, stichst durch eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise hervor und überzeugst durch deine fließende Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
