Dann bist du bei uns richtig Wir suchen jemanden, der Supply-Chain-Operations mitgestaltet, Prozesse automatisiert und Daten in echte Entscheidungen verwandelt.

Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung von Supply-Chain-Operations
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung in der Bestands- und Einkaufsplanung
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Google Sheets inkl. Queries, Pivots & Formeln
  • Entwicklung von App Scripts zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Schnittstellen (CSV, API, Datenexporte/-integration)
  • Prozessmanagement: Analyse, Optimierung und Einführung neuer Workflows
  • Projektmanagement bei der Einführung neuer Systeme & Tools
  • Unterstützung im Forecasting & in der Multichannel-Bestandsplanung
  • Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung von E-Commerce-Prozessen (Amazon FBA, JTL, Sellerboard etc.)
Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace (Sheets, App Scripts, Automatisierungen)
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität & schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in Bestandsplanung, Forecasting und Einkaufsplanung
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Marktplatz-Systemen (Amazon FBA, JTL, Sellerboard, Multichannel)
  • Optional: Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (idealerweise JTL)
  • Erfahrung in Datenverarbeitung & Automatisierung (CSV, APIs, Schnittstellen)
  • Fähigkeit, Skripte zu schreiben (Python, SQL oder Google Apps Script)
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessautomatisierung (z. B. Zapier, AI-Tools etc.)
  • Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten & Verständnis für Change-Management
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit AI-Anwendungen (Texterstellung, E-Mail-Automatisierung, Dokumentenmanagement)
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache & gutes Englischverständnis
  • Spaß daran, pragmatische Lösungen zu bauen und "Chaos zu systematisieren"
