Production Intern
Your Tasks
  • Supporting the preparation and organization of a wide range of productions, from social-first shoots to large-scale media days.
  • Contributing ideas to and developing creative proposals and formats, tailored to the client, the platform, and the target audience.
  • Assisting in creating production schedules, call sheets, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
  • Coordinating all pre-production requirements: locations, props, styling, crew equipment, and logistics, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
  • Maintaining and structuring internal overviews, files, and documentation to keep processes clear and enable efficient team collaboration.
  • Assisting during shoot days and production moments.
  • Working closely with internal teams such as brand activation, design, video, talent, and commercial teams.
  • Additionally, supporting the short-form content team by responding to trends and developments to position brands creatively and relevantly.
Your Profile
  • Strong interest in online video and social media
  • Affinity with social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Resilient under pressure and enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • HBO-level working and thinking skills; studies in fields such as marketing, communication, or media are a plus
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Available for an internship of at least 5 to 6 months (starting in February or by mutual agreement)
