We are looking for a 
Video Postproduction Intern

to be part of the creative editing and multi-platform content creation for our next podcast season, while also supporting broader organisational social media campaigns, with potential opportunities for on-site event and recording assistance.

This is a hybrid internship opportunity for a Post-production Video Intern, based in Stockholm or Berlin with the possibility of remote work. You will be responsible for video editing and post-production, creating engaging longer and shorter video content for various platforms

What Your Tasks Would Be

• Edit and transform raw long-form podcast recordings into polished, full-length YouTube episodes—enhancing structure, flow, and visual presentation while ensuring the video is cleanly synced with the audio version published on Spotify and other platforms.
• Transform our recorded podcast episodes, interviews, and event footage into content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Adding subtitles, captions, transitions, overlays, and on-brand visuals to maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align video content with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Optimise all videos for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and performance.
• Stay updated on video trends, podcast video formats, and social media engagement strategies.
• Contribute fresh ideas to elevate our video presence and expand audience reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Video Post-Production
• Have strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience or education in multimedia, fashion, film, or a related field is an advantage
• Interest in sustainable fashion and creativity is a plus

You're a Great Fit If You

• Can edit both long-form video podcasts (audio + video) and high-impact short-form content from the same footage.
• Understand social media content—hooks, pacing, captions, retention, and visual dynamics.
• Have an eye for detail, storytelling, and clean visual pacing.
• Are organised, communicative, and proactive.
• Speak fluent English.
• Can commit full-time for at least 3 months.
