Project Manager (m/f/d) - Business Process Transformation

You will play a key role in driving the rollout of SAP and Salesforce within our Sales and Service organizations. Your focus will be on coordinating the business aspects of these strategic transformation projects, ensuring seamless implementation and business transition to the new global digital process platform.

• In your role as Project Manager, you will lead the business transformation in our Sales- & Service organizations.
• In these SAP & Salesforce rollout projects you ensure the seamless integration of our new global digital process platform across departments.
• You will align local business requirements with the global digital platform owners and agree on technical solutions in interdisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring the structured comprehensive implementation and validation before Go-Live.
• Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will drive process harmonization and support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
• By creating clear project plans and monitoring progress, you will guarantee timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and budget target.
• You will act as the primary interface between business units and IT, translating needs into actionable solutions.
• After analyzing and evaluating business processes, you will identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Qualification: You hold a master's degree in management & economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in project management with the focus of coordinating international teams in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Know-how and skills: You have a strong knowledge of business processes and excel at stakeholder management. Furthermore, you demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities enable you to effectively solve complex problems
• Nice to have: Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and experience in change management.
• Personality: You are structured, empathetic, and globally minded, with excellent communication and presentation skills across all business levels. You are willing to travel up to 25% within Europe.
• Language skills: You speak fluent English and are comfortable working in an international setting
