Join us and build the future of live entertainment. As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead dedicated Sales Controlling, tracking key sales metrics such as ACV, pipeline conversion rates, and sales efficiency
  • Provide regular, data-driven performance reports to the leadership team and ensure transparency on financial and sales KPIs
  • Support strategic business planning in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Support investor reporting, board presentations, and fundraising processes
  • Automate financial reports and dashboards in cooperation with our Data & BI team
What you will need to succeed in this role:
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for numbers and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is desirable
  • Self-starter mentality with high attention to detail and strong ownership
  • Business-fluent English skills (German is a plus, but not required)
