Deine Rolle
Als Financial Analyst (m/w/d) trägst du maßgeblich zur strategischen und finanziellen Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensgruppe bei. Du bringst deine Erfahrung aus Umfeld der Beratung oder eines Top‐Unternehmens mit, übernimmst eigenverantwortlich komplexe Analysen und Modelle und arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Controlling, M&A sowie den operativen Einheiten zusammen.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Entwicklung und Bewertung von Business Cases für neue Projekte, Akquisitionen und Investitionen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Financial Models inklusive Szenarien, Forecasts und Sensitivitäts­analysen
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Finanz‐ und Leistungsdaten unserer Standorte
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Reporting und Monats­abschlüssen
  • Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen für Management und Fachbereiche
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und transparenten Datenbasis zur Steuerung

Deine Stärken

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung – idealerweise aus einem der führenden Beratungsunternehmen oder Wirtschafprüfungsgesellschaften
  • Sehr gute Excel‐Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Financial Modelling
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse, Automatisierung und Reporting‐Tools
