Sales Manager

This role is about selling complex technical systems in an international project environment.
You will work on customer projects end-to-end, align technical solutions with commercial requirements, and support the implementation of waste and environmental technology systems.
Your Mission- Develop and manage customer relationships across international markets
- Lead customer projects from initial contact through technical clarification to final investment decision
- Translate customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions
- Clearly communicate the technical and commercial value proposition of MACS systems
- Drive complex opportunities with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work with selected distributors and sales partners where applicable
- Provide technical and commercial support to partners throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate international sales projects and market development initiatives
- Serve as the primary interface between customers, Engineering, Service and Marketing
- Ensure a structured flow of information between the market and internal teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and project execution
Must-have
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or international project-based sales
- Fluent English, capable of leading commercial and technical negotiations
- Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and complex, eplanation-intensive systems
- Structured, self-driven and reliable working style
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%
- Comfortable operating in international, cross-cultural business environments
Nice-to-have
- Experience in waste, recycling, environmental or disposal technologies
- Background in international projects sales and working with sales partners
- Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian)
