We are seeking a talented and motivated senior-level Client Solutions Manager with a strong focus on investment software and indexing to join our growing business development team. This role emphasises working closely with BITA's sales and product organisation to provide consultative expertise on BITA's technology and indexing products, ensuring clients can effectively leverage solutions like BITACore for their specific workflow needs. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, translating complex financial market and technology landscapes into client-specific solutions, and collaborating internally to implement and execute these value-added strategies. Ideal candidates will bring an innate ability to understand client needs, create value-added proposals based on quantitative and software expertise, and ensure smooth implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect products and solutions used by BITA clients at Bank trading desks, QIS teams, ETF desks, Hedge Funds, and other client segments by leveraging proprietary BITA technology, business intelligence, indexing capabilities, and tools.
- Working closely with our senior Index and Software Product Leads and Sales Managers while collaborating with other functional teams (e.g. Research, IT, and Operations)
- Act as a subject matter expert and a consultative partner to both BITA's software and indexing clients.
- Developing and implementing customer success plans and customized strategies to meet the needs of key accounts.
- Manage implementation projects for custom client solutions.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to craft laser-focused campaigns addressing the prospective client's most pressing needs.
- Be the main connector between complex business development projects and technology and product implementation teams.
- Drive continuous automation across the business by identifying new opportunities and iterating on past solutions to keep pace with evolving needs and capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders – internal and external – to identify opportunities where BITA can drive value.
Experience:
- Deep industry experience that includes 5 – 10 years on a Delta One desk, QIS team, Derivatives desk, or quantitative indexing with strong exposure to clients or sales targets is preferred.
- Strong client relationship management skills, the role will be directly interacting with senior clients and Client Coverage teams globally
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investment management software, data management systems, analytics applications, and derivative-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Desired Skills:
- CFA Charterholder or equivalent.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with relevant libraries and frameworks is a plus.
