Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation der gesamten Küchenabläufe

  • Entwicklung neuer, kreativer Menüs unter Berücksichtigung saisonaler und regionaler Produkte

  • Führung, Motivation und Schulung des Küchenteams

  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Produzenten zur Auswahl der besten Zutaten

  • Kostenkontrolle und Budgetverwaltung der BRLO Küchen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Serviceteam, um ein nahtloses Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten

  • Konzeptionierung, Prozessentwicklung und Implementierung der Küche bei neuen BRLO Locations

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Ausbildungsprogramms für die Auszubildenden in den BRLO Küchen

Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Küchenchef oder Sous-Chef in der gehobeneren Gastronomie

  • Leidenschaft für innovative Küche und ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Kochtechniken

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit regionalen und nachhaltigen Zutaten

  • Ausgeprägtes Führungs- und Organisationstalent

  • Kostenbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken

  • Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten

  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
