Description
Your Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact and support all internal departments set up in regard to the requirements of the IT organization
- Operate as an in-house IT consultant to advise in terms of IT questions
- Validate the complexity and feasibility of the demand and translate the requirements into technical implementations concepts
- Collaborate with the relevant IT units and analyze, evaluate and concretize IT requirements of the respective departments
- Create the bases of decision making for the correct prioritization of IT requests
- Design and maintain concrete and sustainable communication measures to increase the IT process transparency
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options

- University degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent experience with a focus on IT
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of IT
- Comprehensive strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships paired with good analytical skills
- Very good understanding of IT and sound knowledge in IT service management (ITIL) area
- Experience in requirements management, project management and business process analysis is a must
- Proven track record showing ability to collaborate between different areas with different points of interests and to reach a solution together
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
