Position bei Teamviewer Germany GmbH

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sei die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden, bei denen das Risiko besteht, dass sie ihr Abonnement kündigen oder ihr Abonnement bereits gekündigt haben
  • Setze Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ein, um die Beziehungen zu diesen Kunden wieder aufzubauen und konzentriere dich dabei auf Verhandlungen, Deskalation und die Lösung von Kundenproblemen
  • Gehe proaktiv und reaktiv auf bestehende Kunden zu, welche ihre Abonnements kündigen, um geeignete Maßnahmen zu entwickeln sie als Kunden zurückzugewinnen
  • Baue ein tiefes Verständnis gegenüber den Kunden und ihrer Anwendungsfälle auf und passe das Leistungsversprechen von TeamViewer an Kunden an, die kündigen oder zu einem niedrigeren Abonnementplan wechseln
  • Unterstütze das Retention Team bei der Sammlung und Analyse von qualitativem Feedback von Kunden

 Was Du mitbringst
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf Businessniveau, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen in einem SaaS- oder IT-Unternehmen als Vertriebs- oder Kundenbindungsvertreter
  • Fähigkeit, mit Kunden klar am Telefon zu sprechen und das Leistungsversprechen von TeamViewer zu vermitteln
  • Verkaufstalent und Neugierde sowie die Fähigkeit, Kundenprobleme zu identifizieren und zu lösen
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics CRM oder einem anderen CRM-System
  • Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Probleme zu lösen sowie ein hohes Verständnis für Kundenschmerzpunkt
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben kompetent, präzise und effizient zu bewältigen
