Deine Aufgaben
  • Sei der erste Ansprechpartner mit tieferem, inhaltlichem Verständnis für interne Fachbereiche hinsichtlich der Anforderungen an die IT-Organisation
  • Prüfe die Komplexität und Realisierbarkeit des Vorhabens und übersetze die fachlichen Anforderungen in technische Umsetzungskonzepte
  • Analysiere, bewerte und konkretisiere die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche in Abstimmung mit den relevanten IT-Einheiten
  • Erstelle Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die korrekte Priorisierung der IT Anfragen
  • Begleite und koordiniere alle Schritte von der Anforderung bis hin zur Implementierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie den relevanten IT-Einheiten
  • Entwerfe und pflege konkrete und nachhaltige Kommunikationsmaßnahmen um die Transparenz zu steigern
  • Recherchiere und bewerte mögliche Optionen in Bezug auf Hardware- und Software-Technologie

Was Du mitbringst
  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Eine mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer Software- oder IT-bezogenen Industrie
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation aufzubauen
  • Umfassendes, strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei komplexen Zusammenhängen und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr ausgeprägtes IT-Verständnis und fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (ITIL)
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, Projektmanagement und der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung bei der Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen/ Prozessen/ Systemen und deren effektiven Dokumentation, um Probleme klar und präzise zu formulieren
  • Englischkenntnisse auf Businessniveau, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
