Description

  1. Background of the Project/Assignment:

  2. This service is requested within the framework of the Client project.

  3. The project aims to advance digitalization and automation in the area of Customer Services & Sales and to ensure the achievement of savings targets.

  4. Support is required for the development and deployment of an API interface between an LLM and an RPA.

  5. Specific Service Description (without reference to individuals):

The service includes the following:

  • An API (Application Programming Interface) for the Athena Framework from Data&AI will be developed to enable RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to upload PDF files.
  • The PDF files must be read by an LLM (Large Language Model), and the results (document content) must be presented in a structured format.
  • Using secure cloud services, a summary of the document will be generated, and key information extracted and returned to the robotics system.
  • The exchange of results will be in JSON format.
  • This API should be able to handle approximately 4,000 requests per day.
