Mission

Du wirst die technische Entwicklung unserer proprietären KI-Plattform vorantreiben, die es mittelständischen Unternehmen ermöglicht, durch virtuelle KI-Mitarbeiter ihre Betriebskosten drastisch zu senken und ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen State-of-the-Art KI-Forschung und konkreten Geschäftsanwendungen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Entwicklung hochleistungsfähiger KI-Systeme, die komplexe Geschäftsprozesse des Mittelstands automatisieren können

Design und Implementierung der modularen Architektur, die schnelle Customization für unterschiedliche Branchen ermöglicht

Integration von LLMs und anderen KI-Technologien mit bestehenden ERP- und CRM-Systemen deutscher Mittelstandsunternehmen

Konzeption und Umsetzung branchen- und unternehmensspezifischer KI-Trainingsprozesse

Kontinuierliche Optimierung der KI-Performance basierend auf Nutzungsdaten und Kundenfeedback

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologie-Roadmap

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Disziplin mit herausragenden Leistungen (Top 10%)

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von KI-Systemen in produktiven Umgebungen

Tiefes Verständnis moderner KI-Architekturen, insbesondere LLMs und deren Anwendung in Geschäftskontexten

Exzellente Programmierkenntnisse (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Container-Technologien)

Erfahrung in der Entwicklung skalierbarer, cloud-basierter Systeme

Starkes Verständnis für Datensicherheit und deutsche Compliance-Anforderungen (DSGVO, BSI)

Fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen AI-Entwicklungstools wie Cursor, GitHub Copilot oder ähnlichen KI-gestützten Entwicklungsumgebungen

Mindestens zwei selbst entwickelte AI-Projekte, die in deiner Bewerbung demonstriert werden können

We combine deep technical expertise with industry-specific understanding to create AI solutions that not only impress theoretically but deliver measurable business results.

Mission

You will drive the technical development of our proprietary AI platform, which enables medium-sized companies to drastically reduce their operating costs and increase their competitiveness through virtual AI employees. You will work at the intersection of state-of-the-art AI research and concrete business applications.

Responsibilities

Development of high-performance AI systems that can automate complex business processes for medium-sized businesses

Design and implementation of modular architecture that enables quick customization for different industries

Integration of LLMs and other AI technologies with existing ERP and CRM systems of German medium-sized companies

Conception and implementation of industry and company-specific AI training processes

Continuous optimization of AI performance based on usage data and customer feedback

Collaboration with the management team for strategic development of our technology roadmap

Requirements

Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable discipline with outstanding achievements (top 10%)

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing AI systems in production environments

Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, especially LLMs and their application in business contexts

Excellent programming skills (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, container technologies)

Experience in developing scalable, cloud-based systems

Strong understanding of data security and German compliance requirements (GDPR, BSI)

Solid experience with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-supported development environments

At least two self-developed AI projects that can be demonstrated in your application
