We're looking for Implementation Engineers who enjoy solving practical technical problems and translating real-world workflows into reliable systems.

In this role, you bridge the gap between customer processes and our AI Agent infrastructure.

You'll work with DAX companies and global enterprises, configuring integrations, mapping data flows, and ensuring our platform fits seamlessly into existing procurement and IT landscapes.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and configure AI Agent workflows based on customer processes

  • Build and maintain integrations with ERP, P2P, and procurement systems

  • Map data structures, clean inputs, and ensure reliable end-to-end flows

  • Debug technical issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them

  • Work closely with Delivery Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements

  • Identify patterns and help turn customer-specific workflows into scalable product features

  • Contribute to documentation, tooling, and internal processes that make implementation faster and more consistent

This is a technical, hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, and working close to customers.

What We're Looking For

You're a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role

  • Are comfortable working with APIs, integrations, data models, and system connectivity

  • Communicate clearly and reliably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Enjoy understanding how processes work and translating them into clean, scalable technical flows

  • Take ownership and keep complex projects moving in a structured way

  • Are curious about AI systems and how they can support real-world operations

  • Appreciate working cross-functionally and influencing product decisions

Bonus: experience with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) or automation/AI tools.
