Who we are
Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The finance unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
Your role and key responsibilities
- Design and development of customs and export control processes in a young, dynamic company
- Supervision of trade compliance projects (e.g. customs valuation, recycling, imports with service providers or similar)
- Maintenance and further development of our customs policy
- Monitoring of legal requirements in customs and export control law as well as implementation of changes in our processes
- Advising the specialist departments on customs/export control law issues
- Contract review with regard to customs/export control aspects
What you bring to the team
- Completed studies with a focus on law/business administration
- Relevant professional experience in customs
- Passion to familiarize yourself with complex issues
- Fluent in German and English
