The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing.

**How you will CELLebrate**
- You take on the main responsibility for proactive, holistic legal advice in the areas of patent law, trademark law, and domain law for PowerCo SE and its subsidiaries, including M&A transactions, national and international cooperation projects, and joint ventures.
- You drive the further development and implementation of PowerCo's patent strategy in collaboration with the Technology Department.
- You actively participate in development teams to identify inventions and ensure the protection of new product developments.
- You take charge of preparing expert opinions on patent law, such as on invention disclosures.
- You ensure patent compliance across PowerCo's global operations.

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of IP, either in an international company or a global patent law firm.
- You are qualified as a European Patent Attorney and/or German Patent Attorney.
- You bring a decisive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You are a team player with an interactive, communicative, and structured working style, complemented by excellent negotiating skills.
- Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
