Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Überwachung aller Aktivitäten im Produktionsbereich
  • Systemtechnische Überwachung und Analyse der Kundenabrufe
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der betrieblichen Abläufe, um eine effiziente Produktion und Lieferung sicherzustellen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Produktionsleistung, Kostenkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollverfahren
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Anpassung der Anforderungen an Sicherheitsstandards und Arbeitsbedingungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Umweltsicherheitsnormen und Arbeitssicherheitsnormen
  • Verantwortung für die JIT/JIS – Anlieferung der Sitze
  • Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Ziele von Audits (IATF, EHS etc.).
  • Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzung von Lean-Prinzipien, um die Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern.
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten, leistungsorientierten und teamorientierten Teams, einschließlich der Einstellung, Schulung und Leistungsbeurteilung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Betriebliche Kostenrechnung und Budgetverantwortung
  • Investitionsplanung von Anlagen und Maschinen, Analyse von Maschinenabläufen
  • Koordination von Neuanläufen.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation:

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Sehr fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von betrieblichen Abläufen, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Solide Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP WM
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Lagerverwaltung, Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in Präsentationstechniken und Moderationstechniken
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Führungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
