THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Partnership Manager (all genders) you will negotiate, select, and manage partners while ensuring smooth operational collaboration and alignment with Avelios' projects. You will establish and maintain partner standards overseeing initial and ongoing certification, and managing the strategic and operational relationship cadence. Success means building a reliable, well-enabled partner network that supports project delivery, reduces operational friction, and strengthens Avelios' strategic posit

YOUR TASKS
  • Strategically evaluate, select, and develop partners

  • Craft partner standards, onboarding, and enablement processes

  • Build, execute, and maintain partner certifications

  • Negotiate and monitor partnership contracts and budgets

  • Maintain productive relationships through regular check-ins and strategic alignment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completed studies from a top-ranked Business school in a business related field

  • You gained experience in top-tier consultancies, a private equity, a hyper scaling startup or in another fast-paced strategic environments with exposure to demanding projects

  • You have at least a basic understanding of project management

  • You are a proactive personality with a structured way of approaching vaguely defined issues and the ability to motivate, impress and build trust quickly

  • Fluent German and English skills
