Product Manager

For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, we are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) in Global Marketing for the Robotic Surgery business area, with a focus on the neurosurgery indication area.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for conducting market analyses, market monitoring, and competitive analyses in the field of Robotic Surgery with a focus on the neurosurgery indication area
• You develop and implement strategies for the product portfolio and product positioning
• You create comprehensive business plans to support the product strategy
• You define customer requirements for the Robotic Surgery product portfolio in the neurosurgery indication area
• You take on portfolio and lifecycle management in collaboration with R&D, Production, Quality Management, Aesculap Technical Service, as well as interfaces to Global Sales, Marketing, Communications, local sales organizations, and SCM
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap
• As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you work closely with clinical partners, customers, subsidiaries, distributors, and external development partners
• You develop training content and conduct international product training sessions for customers and employees

Professional skills:

• You have a degree in business administration or medical technology (DH, FH, or university) or possess a comparable qualification
• You have in-depth knowledge of the challenges in neurosurgery and are able to address them professionally
• You have a solid understanding of the functionality of surgical microscopes
• You have several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in MedTech, marketing, and product management, ideally with a technical background
• You have a strong intrinsic motivation to understand customer needs and can communicate on equal terms with surgical professionals
• You are proficient in MS Office and possess strong presentation and communication skills
• You have business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken, which complete your profile
