About the Role

A rare opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to take ownership of a pan-European ESG, Technical Due Diligence, and Fund Monitoring service line within a global real estate consultancy.

As European Lead, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and oversee high-performing teams across multiple European offices. This is a senior, partner-level appointment for someone ready to shape the firm's sustainable future across the continent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the European strategy for Real Estate & ESG Advisory.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across several European locations.
  • Expand market presence and strengthen relationships with major investors, funds, and developers.
  • Oversee ESG and technical due diligence for major transactions and portfolio reviews.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation, service excellence, and growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Champion performance, profitability, and continuous improvement across the region.

Requirements

  • 15+ years' experience in ESG, real estate advisory, or technical due diligence.
  • Proven ability to scale teams or business units across mainland Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of EU ESG frameworks (Taxonomy, SFDR, CRREM, etc.).
  • Fluent English plus at least one other major European language (German preferred).
  • Commercially astute with a strong professional network across European real estate.
  • Inspiring leader with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
