The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO & Co-Founder during a pivotal growth phase. This isn't a traditional admin role—you'll be a strategic partner who enables our CEO to focus on what matters most: building the future of generative AI.

You'll be the trusted right hand to our CEO, managing everything from complex international travel to high-stakes external communications. You'll need to be sharp, proactive, and able to exercise excellent judgment in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage a complex, constantly shifting calendar with competing priorities across multiple time zones
  • Act as gatekeeper—triaging emails, requests, and meetings to protect the CEO's time for strategic work
  • Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and ensure follow-through on commitments
  • Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO

External Relations

  • Coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, and panels—managing invitations, logistics, and preparation
  • Handle press inquiries and coordinate with communications teams
  • Manage relationships with key external stakeholders including investors, partners, and industry contacts

Travel Coordination

  • Arrange complex international travel (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas where needed)
  • Build detailed travel itineraries that anticipate needs and maximize efficiency
  • Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve on the fly
Who You Are

Essential

  • 3+ years as an EA supporting C-level executives, ideally in tech or fast-growth startups
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities without dropping balls
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication—you can draft emails that sound like they came from the CEO
  • Proactive and resourceful—you anticipate needs before being asked and find solutions independently
  • Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
