Your Role:
As a Dutch Marketing Advisor, you will act as a strategic partner for advertisers, helping them design and execute powerful social media campaigns. From analyzing campaign data to providing personalized solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in their success.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Serve as the primary advisor for Dutch-speaking advertisers, offering tailored guidance in social media marketing.
• Analyze advertisement performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist advertisers in successfully implementing sales funnel strategies that align with their goals.
• Monitor market trends and craft innovative campaign ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
• Work towards achieving KPIs, such as average call duration, campaign success rates, and pitch conversions.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM 5:15 PM.
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute additional breaks per day.

Training and Certification:

• Comprehensive onboarding: 4 weeks of fully paid training (2 weeks classroom + 2 weeks practical nesting).
• Digital Marketing Certification: Meta Blueprint course included to enhance your skills and credibility.
• Ongoing learning opportunities, including shadowing experienced colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 2,750 EUR per month (33,000 EUR annually).
• Bonuses:
  • Up to 7,500 EUR annually in performance-based bonuses.
  • 300 EUR monthly Dutch language bonus.
• Relocation Support:
  • Up to 1,900 EUR for movers from outside Germany.
  • 700 EUR for domestic relocations (100+ km from Berlin).

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Native or fluent in Dutch, with excellent communication skills in English.
• A strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
• Eligibility to work in Germany (EU citizenship or a valid work permit; student visas not accepted).
