What You'll Be Doing:
  • Review and moderate content (texts, images, videos) in German, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Identify and manage harmful content such as hate speech, abusive language, explicit content, and spam to keep platforms safe.
  • Make fair, consistent decisions that protect the user experience and uphold our values.
  • Collaborate with a global team to resolve complex issues and improve our content moderation processes.
  • Stay informed on new online trends, content challenges, and best practices in digital content moderation.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality moderation standards and meeting performance targets.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
  • Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick, consistent decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of online safety and community guidelines.
