We have more than 500 employees worldwide to support our global customers, with international offices in South Korea and India providing sales, service, and technical support. We also have additional support centers in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Role Description
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the European market, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Cooperate with and manage agents to achieve performance targets;
- Develop key integrators and end customers independently, formulate sales plans and strategies, conduct market research, understand customer needs, and manage and advance project schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor situations, and adjust sales strategies promptly.
- Participate in business negotiations and contract execution for sales projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of overseas development experience in the automation industry. Sales experience in the vision or sensor industry is preferred.
- Understand market trends and competitor dynamics in the machine vision and automation industries, with strong market sensitivity and sales forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent business negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and learning ability.
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing qualifies as a working language, with German fluency as a bonus.
Salary structure:
monthly base salary + annual bonus package
