ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and grow our enterprise business through our A2P SMS and RCS messaging services. This role is critical to attracting new customers and increasing the value of existing customer relationships through long-term customer satisfaction, support with local telecom regulations, and identifying and tracking growth opportunities.
They act as hunters and strategic advisors, onboarding new customers and helping them get the maximum benefit from our messaging solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identification of new business opportunities in the enterprise market and support through to completion
- Managing the entire sales cycle to successfully acquire new customers
- Manage and grow relationships with existing A2P SMS and RCS customers
- Ensure smooth customer activation
- Advice on telecommunications regulations, sender ID registration and compliance
- Primary point of contact for escalations, product updates, and optimizations
- Monitor customer usage and key performance indicators to drive customer retention and upselling
- Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Conducting regular business reviews with customers to track progress and ROI
ABOUT YOU
- This position is located in Germany or Switzerland and requires knowledge of German at native speaker level
- At least 3 years of experience selling A2P messaging services (SMS/RCS) or communication platforms
- In-depth understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem as well as telecom regulations
- You have excellent communication and customer support skills
- You convince with your analytical mindset and your ability to read future developments from current data
- You feel confident in using CRM tools and ticketing systems
- You are proactive, organized and customer-oriented
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
