Your mission

Wir suchen Dich als Legal Counsel im Bereich Commercial/Außenwirtschaftsrecht (all genders) um unser Team in Berlin und München zu verstärken.

Responsibilities
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von kommerziellen Verträgen, wie z.B. Kauf-, Lieferanten- und Vertriebsverträgen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Beschaffungsvorhaben und Gestaltung vergaberechtskonformer Ausschreibungsunterlagen und -verfahren in Deutschland und Europa
  • Unterstützung bei allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Außenhandelsrecht, einschließlich der engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufs-, Vertriebs- und Logistikabteilung, in Deutschland und Europa
  • Beratung des Managements und verschiedener Abteilungen bei regulatorischen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung entsprechender unternehmensweiter Schulungen
  • Aktive Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien im kommerziellen Bereich
Qualifications
  • Volljurist/in oder Wirtschaftsjurist/in
  • Überdurchschnittliche Examensergebnisse
  • 3+ Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im relevanten Rechtsbereich in einer renommierten Anwaltskanzlei und/oder als Inhouse Jurist/in
  • Pragmatische, eigenverantwortliche und analytische Herangehensweise
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Lust, im internationalen Kontext zu arbeiten und gemeinsam mit Stark zu wachsen
