Die gesamte Entwicklung erfolgt im Rahmen eines abgestimmten Entwicklungsprozesses für unsere Kunden nach modernsten Standards und Methodiken.Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte die Zukunft der Batterieentwicklung aktiv mitDer Einsatzort ist in St. Agatha, Italien.Deine AufgabenDu entwickelst und validierst HV-Batteriesysteme für moderne Fahrzeuge zusammen mit einem Projektteam. Die Aufgaben umfassen:Anforderungsdefinition / -management für das System und dessen KomponentenSystemauslegung und DimensionierungSimulation von System- und KomponentenverhaltenBetrachtung von SicherheitsanforderungenUnterstützung in der Lieferantenauswahl / Lieferantenmanagement und Erstellung von LastenheftenDefinition von Testabläufen, Testdurchführung und TestmanagementDabei koordinierst Du die Entwicklung innerhalb des ProjektteamsDu übernimmst und koordinierst die direkte technische Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und den Lieferanten.Du erstellst technische Berichte und DokumentationenNotwendige KenntnisseErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Naturwissenschaften, Regelungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges idealerweise mit Industrieerfahrung > 3 JahreTiefgreifende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung Serienfahrzeug bzw. Produkt-Entwicklungsprozess im Bereich der E-MobilitätErfahrung in der Entwicklung von BatterietechnologienHohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Engagement, Flexibilität und TeamfähigkeitSicheres Auftreten, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit in interkulturellem Umfeld zu arbeitenBereitschaft zur Übernahme von weitergehender VerantwortungSystemverständnis für Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeuge oder die Bereitschaft das Systemverständnis schnell möglichst aufzubauenBereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen und Arbeit an verschiedenen StandortenSehr gute Englisch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mind.
