Systems Engineer
with expertise in
Mission Systems
to lead the development of high-performance avionics hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and technical development of mission computing hardware for airborne systems.
  • Manage the full systems engineering lifecycle: requirements definition, integration, verification, and qualification.
  • Coordinate the preparation of technical documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with program standards.
  • Define and oversee testing activities, including the development of dedicated test facilities.
  • Prepare certification and compliance documentation in accordance with aviation regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on technical progress and risks to Chief Engineering and Programme Management.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Experience in designing Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) platforms.
  • Recognized expertise in military open avionics standards such as MOSA, SOSA, FACE, and Pyramid.
  • Strong knowledge of DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-297 standards.

Preferred Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with mission systems.

Language:
Fluent English.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
