Wir suchen befristet für 2 Jahre eine:n Produktmanager:in (d/m/w) für unsere zentraleuropäische Vertriebsorganisation.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du steuerst das Product-Lifecycle-Management für unsere Küchenprodukte und Wassersysteme in der DACH-Region
  • Du gestaltest Markteinführungen sowie -pläne und begleitest Launch-Aktivierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Activation Managern, dem Vertrieb und der Zentrale
  • Du stellst die Einsatzbereitschaft neuer Produkte analog zu den lokalen Besonderheiten und Bedürfnissen sicher
  • Du analysierst die Umsatzentwicklung und leitest daraus Vorschläge zur Schließung von Lücken oder zur Nutzung von Chancen für profitables Kategoriewachstum ab
  • Basierend auf deinem tiefen Verständnis für Markt-, Kunden-, Kanal- und Verbraucherbedürfnisse erstellst du Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von "White Spots"
  • Als Expert:in und Sparringspartner:in für deine Produktkategorien unterstützt du Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen der Region bei Fragen rund um unsere Küchenprodukte und Wassersysteme
  • Du erarbeitest Business Cases, um neue Projekte zu initiieren und setzt Pläne zur Schließung von Portfoliolücken um
Dein Profil:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaft (o.ä.) bildet deine Basis
  • Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement für physische Markenprodukte mit. Kenntnisse der Sanitärindustrie und/oder des Küchenkanals sind ein Plus
  • Du bist analytisch stark und fähig, aus großen Datenmengen (quantitativ & qualitativ) umsetzbare Business-Erkenntnisse abzuleiten
  • Du kommunizierst und präsentierst prägnant und wirkungsvoll – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
  • Du blickst über den Tellerrand, hinterfragst den Status quo und bietest kreative Lösungsansätze
  • Eine strukturierte, organisierte und flexible Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest zuverlässig an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig, setzt klare Prioritäten und behältst auch bei engen Deadlines den Überblick
  • Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeitest du effektiv mit diversen Abteilungen (z.B. Vertrieb, F&E, Finanzen, HQ) zusammen
  •  Erfahrung mit SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen rundet dein Profil ab
