Sales Manager/ Sales Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to oversee and drive business growth within key German retail channels, including major maternal & infant care, supermarket/retail, and consumer electronics sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance product visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with large German maternal & infant care channels, retail chains, and consumer electronics channels to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Analyze channel sales data and develop targeted strategies to improve product placement, sales turnover, profitability, and market share.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling order processing, logistics coordination, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to key accounts, maintain senior-level relationships, and drive new product listings and promotional collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional marketing strategies, including promotion management, marketing alignment, regional price control, and cross-regional sales prevention.
- Manage regional marketing development funds (MDF), rebates, SOA (sell-out analysis), PIS (product information systems), and DOS (days of supply).
- Work closely with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to effectively communicate customer needs, support new product development, and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate internal resources to address customized client requests, such as packaging modifications and certification requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, gather insights on German consumer preferences, and provide feedback to support product strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of overseas key account sales experience, preferably with proven success in KA channels (department stores/maternal & infant care/consumer electronics).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maternal & infant care/consumer electronics sales management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations.
