Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung der gesamten Supply Chain – von der Beschaffung über die Materialwirtschaft bis zur Logistik
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams in Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft und Lager
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit bei optimalem Bestandsniveau und Kostenstruktur
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenportfolios und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozesse im Hinblick auf Qualität, Kosten, Lieferzeit und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Verantwortung für die unternehmensweite Bedarfsplanung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Vertrieb
  • Implementierung und Nutzung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Supply Chain Performance
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung innerhalb der Wertschöpfungskette

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft oder Logistikmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Einkauf oder in der Logistik – idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS Office
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Strategisches Denken, Organisationsstärke und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
