Process Owner Demand Planning

The Demand Planning Professional plays a critical role in driving global excellence in Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Planning. Leveraging extensive experience in process definition (Level 3 to Level 5) and state-of-the-art SCM software, you will lead initiatives within a dynamic business transformation program. Your role involves collaborating with global teams to standardize processes, build a global Supply Chain Planning Template, and ensure seamless software roll-out, ultimately enhancing supply chain performance.

Your assignmentDemand Planning

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Line Function and optimize IBP and S&OP processes to align demand with supply, and financial planning.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and achieve strategic supply chain objectives.

Process Definition & Standardization

• Define, document, and implement supply chain processes from Level 3 to Level 5.

• Work with Supply Chain Line Function and Market Units to harmonize process standards across all regions.

• Identify and implement best practices to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

SCM-Software & Implementation Projects

• Lead or actively support software implementation projects involving SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other innovative SC Planning solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Demand Planning software functionalities, integration, and best practices.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and alignment with business requirements.

Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

• Participate in Fresenius` business transformation program to drive innovation and support operational excellence.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Line Function by identifying digital transformation opportunities within the supply chain and implement strategic solutions.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of planning processes.

Your profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record in defining and implementing supply chain processes (Level 3 to Level 5).

• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art SCM software and software implementation projects (such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).

• Demonstrated success working in business transformation environments.

• Experience in either FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.

• Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning within global organizations.

• Proficiency in using SCM software and data analytics tools to drive decision-making.

• Familiarity with digital transformation trends impacting the supply chain industry.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, planning processes, and industry best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
