Process Owner Supply Chain Enablement

The Process Owner Supply Chain Enablement (m/f/d) will lead the design, build, and implementation of cutting-edge digital twin and control tower solutions in collaboration with the SCM Line Function at Fresenius. With broad expertise and visionary insights into current SCM software solutions, you will drive the digital transformation of our supply chain processes and IT architecture. You will play a key role in Fresenius global business transformation program (Elevate), collaborating closely with operational SCM Line Functions to enhance visibility, decision-making, and overall supply chain performance

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Line Function to design, build, and implement advanced Supply Chain Enabling solutions (e.g. Digital Twins, Control Tower, etc.) that enable real-time visibility, simulation, orchestration and proactive decision-making.

• Collaborate with IT and operational SCM teams to integrate digital Supply Chain Enabling solutions with existing systems and processes.

• Drive process standardization and IT architecture evolution to support the business transformation program (ELEVATE).

• Work as an integral part of a global transformation team, engaging with stakeholders across various regions to ensure alignment with global supply chain strategies.

• Provide expert guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices in digital Supply Chain Enabling Technologies.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital twin and control tower implementations.

• Leverage data analytics to enable actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the supply chain.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in modern SCM software solutions and a deep understanding of market trends and technological advancements.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and business transformation programs.

• Experience in collaborating with operational SCM functions and IT teams in a global, multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in integrating AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics within supply chain systems.

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, process standardization, and software integration in complex environments.

• In-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, control towers, and related supply chain analytics.

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and implementing Supply Chain Digital Twins and control tower solutions in global enterprises
