Finance Director - German Subsidiary | Join Our Global Team

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Finance Director
to lead the finance function of our subsidiary in
Bavaria, Germany
. This is a pivotal leadership role that sits at the heart of our international operations, driving both local business success and seamless integration with our global headquarters.

Why This Role Matters:

You will be more than a finance head – you will be a key business partner to the local Managing Director and a crucial bridge to our Group Finance Department(China). Your expertise will ensure financial excellence, fuel data-driven decision-making, and safeguard our growth in the dynamic European market.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Financial Accounting & Compliance Management:
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with local (German GAAP) and group accounting standards. Oversee all tax filings, statutory audits, and maintain a robust internal control framework.

2、Financial Control & Business Partnership:
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions. Provide deep financial insight into cost accounting, supply chain finance, R&D expenditure, and project-based business models to optimize profitability.

3、Subsidiary & Headquarters Coordination and Reporting:
Act as the key liaison between the subsidiary and Group HQ. Ensure seamless communication, implement group policies locally, and deliver timely and accurate management reports.

Ideal Profile:

1、A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An international professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a strong plus.

2、At least
8 years of progressive finance experience
, with a minimum of
3 years in a leadership role
managing a team.

3、Proven background in a
manufacturing or "R&D-to-Production-to-Sales" integrated business
. Hands-on experience with cost accounting, supply chain finance, and project financial management is essential.

4、Language Proficiency:

German fluency (C1 level or native) is mandatory.

Excellent English communication skills
are required for group collaboration.

5、This is a
full-time, on-site position
based in
Bavaria, Germany
. Candidates must have the right to work in Germany.
