About The Role

The Director of Finance is responsible for building, leading, and further developing NOAM's entire finance organization. They ensure the company's financial stability, transparency, and growth potential, support its international expansion, and act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO on all business and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Development and continuous optimization of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual statements)
• Implementation of meaningful KPI structures for performance and cost control
• Development of an effective cost and sales controlling framework
• Active contribution to expansion strategies and profitability analyses
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and the Brewing Team on pricing, sales planning, and production costs
• Establishment of scalable financial processes, digitalization of accounting, and implementation of efficient tools
• Responsibility for compliance, taxation, accounting, and external audits
• Financial evaluation of new markets, partners, and products

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in finance, controlling, or a related function
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to translate company vision into clear and actionable financial strategies
• Confident handling of financial data and transforming insights into sound management decisions
• Solid experience in cash flow and liquidity management
• Track record in building and optimizing scalable financial structures and processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a holistic understanding of business operations
• High level of execution discipline, self-organization, and personal initiative
• Fluent in English and German
