Aufgaben

Werde Teil unseres Teams und entwickle zusammen mit uns eigene Produkte, moderne SaaS-Lösungen und KI-getriebene Softwaresysteme.

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen und steigst in laufende Entwicklungsprozesse ein, setzt aber gleichzeitig neue Standards in Projekten, bei denen wir AI-Driven Development aktiv mitgestalten.

Du hast direkten Kundenkontakt, kannst Dich als technischer Sparringspartner beweisen und wirst ständig über den Tellerrand schauen, sei es in unseren internen Projekten oder bei spannenden High-Impact-Kunden.

Als Entwickler:in wirst Du…

  • neue Features mit TypeScript, React & Firebase bauen
  • State-Management mit modernen Patterns wie Zustand & TanStack Query meistern
  • CI/CD, serverlose Architektur & Event-Driven-Design aktiv anwenden
  • Testing ernst nehmen (Playwright)
  • KI-Systeme in den Dev-Prozess integrieren
  • mit uns gemeinsam den Standard setzen, wie moderne Software in der KI-Ära produziert wird
Qualifikation

Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, verlässlich und liebst es, Neues auszuprobieren. Du bist flexibel, denkst lösungsorientiert und möchtest Dich aktiv in AI Driven Development einbringen.

Du arbeitest gerne in flachen Hierarchien, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast keine Scheu vor direktem Kundenkontakt.

Technisches Fundament

Must have:

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Firebase (Firestore, Functions v2, Auth, Storage, etc.)
  • State Management (Zustand, TanStack Query)
  • Testing (Playwright)
  • Build Tools (Vite, npm Workspaces)
  • Git Workflows & CI/CD
  • Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture
  • Erfahrung mit KI Coding Agents wie Augment, Copilot, Windsurf etc.
