We build side by side in our Berlin office.Your RoleAs our Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer, you'll ship user-facing features end to end. You'll focus on the frontend while comfortably building APIs and shaping database models. You'll collaborate daily with product design and founders to turn complex audit flows into fast, elegant product experiences.What you'll doOwn features across the stack: UI API data model tests rolloutWork closely with design to turn ideas into high-quality interfacesRaise code quality with reviews, tests, and pragmatic performance workHelp evolve our architecture, tooling, and developer experienceQualifications4+ years engineering experienceStrong product mindset and ownershipFrontend (tech stack needs to match)React 18+: Proficiency with modern React, hooks, concurrent features, and performance optimizationTypeScript: Strong typing skills, generic patterns, and complex type manipulationsTailwind CSS: Experience with utility-first CSS and modern styling approachesBuild Tools: Experience with Vite, modern bundling, and development toolingTesting: Experience with Playwright for E2E testing and component testing strategiesBackendAPIs: Experience building production-level APIsSQL: Experience modeling relational databases and implementing themBonusPython: Advanced proficiency with modern Python, async/await patterns, and type hintsPostgreSQL: Strong SQL skills, specifically with PostgreSQL. Understanding of multi-tenant architectures, indexing strategies, and migration management.Cloud Platforms: Experience with Google Cloud PlatformUX: Not a designer, but interest / taste on what good UX isNo one checks every box.
