DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises. Your responsibilities:
- Build and lead the HR team and continuously develop HR structures
- Design and implement a forward-looking HR strategy
- Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment to offboarding
- Advise and coach managers and employees
- Support change management processes during growth and transformation projects
- Promote employee development, talent management, and succession planning
- Collaborate closely with international HR teams to align global guidelines with local requirements
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (e.g., compliance, data protection, occupational safety)
Your profile:
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an international environment
- You possess solid knowledge of German labor law
- You have experience with HR software (workday, DATEV Lodas) and digital HR processes, which is an advantage
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- You have excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal
- You work independently and in a results-oriented manner, combined with a hands-on mentality
